So as i am in Pittsburgh i have to go to primanti brothers because I was told about this sandwich before. basically you order what you want, they then pile on a handful fries and sauerkraut between bread slices. And even though it was quite early in the morning is still very very nice
I am headed to the indy colts versus cleveland browns game which was in indianapolis. I knew the game started at 7 o'clock so I have time to go past cleveland to see the browns stadium and also see the rock roll hall of fame and get some nfl gear. I has about an hour to spend so it was a very quick walkthrough the rock and roll hall of fame then i got some hats and t-shirts from the store, took some photos and then started the 5 and a half hour drive to indianapolis.
Go to the hotel , changed , headed to the game. The stadium had the roof open and 1 of the sides open making it very open and probably bigger than it prob is. It is very nice stadium i had great seats where i could see everything, the game was a bit disappointing in the fact that we lost but still enjoyable nonetheless, verybody there was very friendly and had a great time

Browns stadium and NFL game
Driving and Gettysburgh
Today I'm traveling to pittsburgh going by gettysburg 10 o'clock to pick up a car and imediately realised that americans have no idea how to drive firstly the speed sign is just a option it has no relevance on how they drive they all drive at least 10 to 15 miles over the speed limit and I didn't find 1 person who stayed to the speed limit.
The second point is that we have nothing to complain about our roads' the roads here are very bad potholes, massive pot holes everywhere, there is specially in new york city lots of road works going on so you have quite often have to take detours all around the place. When you see a truck on a interstate have to swerve violently to avoid a pothole you know that the roads must be pretty bad.
And I should point out the second street I turned into the wrong way and had to quickly drive across the other side to least I got that out of the way early
It took me about 2 to 2 and a half hours once I pick up the car to get from laguardia, pick up the car to go through manhattan , jersey and to get out onto the freeways
So as I was heading to pittsburgh I decide to go down to gettysburg , on the way stopped off at the museum there and of course it's very American with very big flags everything has to see the stars and stripes.
Your thing I've noticed is that everything seems to be about freedom, freedom is on street signs back of cars, posters, for some reason they like to talk about freedom which to me is a strange thing is how this country has never been invaded.
Then took about 3 in a half hours to get to pittsburgh traveling by the interstate where the speed limit there was 65 everybody was doing 75 to 80.
Day in NYC
I stayed at the Jane hotel , its rooms are "steamer booths" modeled on old ship cabins, it was 3 x 2 m room, which was all I needed, it has a communal bathroom setup which was very clean. The only issue was it had a musky smoky smell that was quite strong. It is on the west side, meatpacking district.
I got up early and walked from the west side to the east side. It was hot and humid and they were doing a large garbage collection and I think the smell and the humidity got to me a bit as later on î didn't feel that well.
I then walked south down to katz's deli, I have a pastrami sandwich the pastrami was very tender and was very good sandwich , it was served with pickles and cucumber slices.
From here I'll walked broadway to wall street took some photos there and then walked south again down to battery point to see the statue of liberty and took some photos of that I walked all the way back up broadway I was planning to go to time square but it's started to pour down , so because it was so wet i bought as umbrella and basically walk back to hotel I wasn't feeling too well either because of the humidity and basically just crash for the rest of the night

So I have arrived at the Jane hotel in NY. Didn't get much sleep on the flights so won't be going out yet. Also got stuck in a traffic jam for about 40 mins. Will go out and about tomorrow to see the sights.
